CAUSES OF INDUSTRIAL INJURIES IN THE CONTEXT OF LABOR PSYCHOLOGY

Today, people have to evaluate the effectiveness of the functioning of equipment, the work of personnel, make a forecast regarding the operation of devices in the future; analyze the relationship of these aspects with different components of production. Scientific and technological development contributes to the fact that people automate the production process, using specialized equipment for this. Intellectual activity prevails over physical. This leads to a significant burden on the psyche of the individual. The paper studies the psychological prerequisites for the emergence of dangerous situations, industrial injuries; methods of countering these problems.
