AN APPROACH TO ANALYZING THE DYNAMICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF POTENTIAL HUMAN PROPERTIES AND COMMUNITY

The article examines the potential of a person and community through the analysis of the dynamics of their development. The author introduces the concept of a potential property of the system and suggests for discussion a scheme of its development through the transition from the prepotential (unconscious) to the potential (conscious) – further, to the propotential (meaningful). The development curve of a potential property includes segments (stages of development) connected by points denoting meaningful and transitional characteristics of a dynamic structure: basal point, bifurcation point, activation and success points. The directions of further research on a given topic are indicated.
