The article considers the issues of expediency of the existence of ethical codes, which are part of the corporate culture and their relevance in the environment of public administration. In the rapidly changing structure of public administration associated with the transition from paper to digital documents, the issue of increasing the level of competence, personal growth and compliance with time requirements is acute. A civil servant is currently required to comply not only with high professional requirements, but also to follow the rules of the corporate code, ethical standards, organizational culture.
