the culture of family relations is considered in the focus of modern problems, saturated with various kinds of crises and conflicts. The family is presented as the most reliable and stable socio-cultural institution in a historical retrospective, capable of developing protective mechanisms for family members in difficult times. The culture of family relations has the potential not only to prevent family conflicts, but also to act as a support and guarantor of security for them. Considering the culture of family relations as a multidimensional phenomenon, the author of the article focuses on basic cultural categories, namely: values, norms, communication, interpersonal relations and behavioral patterns. Based on these categories, levels of family relation culture are developed: high, medium and low. The author of the article shows that different levels of culture indicate different degrees of conflict.
