The study reveals the essence of medical acmeology. The prerequisites for the emergence of medical acmeology are described and substantiated. The features of the manifestation of the achievement of professional "acme" in the activities of medical workers are revealed. The essence of the acmeological support of the process of formation of the characteristics of the personal and professional maturity of a doctor is concretized. The directions for identifying and expert evaluation of the achievements of medical workers in the structure of "multiple acme" are formulated.
