PSYCHOLOGICAL CRISES AND WAYS TO OVERCOME THEM IN THE PROCESS OF PRIMARY STUDENTS PROFESSIONALIZATION

The relevance of the study is related to the issue of psychological crises that students face during their studies at the university (at the stage of primary professionalization). The problem is of increased interest to researchers around the world, many scientists are aware that avoiding crises threatens the student with the failure of professional development and the collapse of professional hopes. However, there is little research on this issue, not all works highlight and study the stages of psychological crises, and measures to help students from universities and teachers to constructively overcome psychological crises are not presented. Aim. Identify and detail the stages of psychological crises during the training of students at the university, present ways to overcome them for successful professional self-realization and restructuring of the semantic structures of the professional consciousness of students. Scientific novelty/theoretical and/or practical relevance. Stages are presented and described, the features of each stage of psychological crises of students in the process of primary professionalization are detailed, measures of assistance from the teaching staff and the university are proposed, as well as ways to constructively overcome them to move to a new level of professional development of the individual. The results of the study reveal the psychological side of crises at the stage of early adulthood and professional self-determination of students, show insufficient awareness of students when choosing a future profession during their studies at the university. Conclusions. The study showed that at the stage of primary professionalization, students are faced with psychological crises, the restructuring of the semantic structures of professional consciousness. These crises cannot be ignored, for their constructive overcoming, psychological and pedagogical methods of influence are needed, leading to the correction of the socio-psychological position of the student's personality and the transition to a higher level of professional development.
