The development of students' professional and communicative competence in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, taking into account existing educational trends and the digitalization of public relations, is complicated by a number of departmental requirements related to the need to ensure the national security of the country.
This article examines the problem of introducing modern learning technologies into the process of preparing students in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation and using the achievements of neural networks and artificial intelligence (hereinafter – AI). The current state of the implementation of AI technologies in the educational process is analyzed. Examples of the use of AI technologies in teaching are given and categories of computer programs using AI technology in Russian universities are described. The article proves that the use of AI ensures the formation of meta-competences due to the development of AI technology of individualized learning, which is formed in accordance with the requirements of informatization of education, it provides modeling of individual trajectories.
The variety of AI tools impresses with its variety of functionality. In medicine, it is used for diagnosis, disease prediction, and drug development. In space research, AI helps analyze huge amounts of data, optimize processes, and make decisions. In logistics, it improves warehouse management, cargo routing, and demand forecasting. AI tools significantly expand human capabilities in various fields of activity, allowing them to cope with tasks that would be impossible or extremely time-consuming manually.
