RESEARCH OF INNOVATIVE MODELS OF TRAINING SPECIALISTS IN MUSICAL AND THEATRICAL ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE UNIVERSITY

The article raises the issue of training specialists in the field of musical and theatrical activities in the system of higher education. Over several decades, the practice of training musical theater artists has been formed in the Chinese higher education system. Despite the successes achieved, there are still a certain number of problems and contradictions in Chinese musical and theatrical higher education. In particular, these include the following: traditional teaching methods that do not pay enough attention to the emotional expressiveness of performance; overload of the compulsory education program; difficulties in assessing the quality of students' training. The work presents innovative models for training future musical theater artists that can solve existing problems or mitigate their negative consequences if a complete solution is not possible. The experience of the Shandong Institute of Arts and the Shanghai Academy of Music are given as successful examples of the implementation of the proposed strategies.
