The study focuses on developing a model for the processes involved in delivering public services provided by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) using multimodal interaction technology. The primary goal was to enhance the quality and efficiency of communication with citizens and organizations. The research resulted in the creation of functional process diagrams and a database that integrates various communication channels into a unified information system.
