SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF WELL-BEING DEPENDING ON GENDER, FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL DIFFERENCES

In the last decade, the problem of studying well-being has increasingly become the subject of research by psychologists. This is caused by the urgent need for psychological science and practice to determine what serves as the basis for the internal balance of the individual, what it consists of, what emotional-evaluative relationships underlie it, etc. Aim. Identification of the main factors of well-being depending on gender, family and professional differences. Methodology. Content analysis became the key research method. An analysis of studies by scientists who dealt with the problems of well-being depending on gender, family and professional differences was conducted. Results. The conducted analysis allowed us to identify the main socio-psychological factors of well-being depending on various components of human life. Research implications. lies in the generalization of practical experience of experimental activity of well-being factors. Along with this, an analysis of the views of researchers who have studied the problems of well-being and the factors influencing it is provided, which made it possible to identify the main and promising areas for further research
