Modern digital technologies are radically changing the field of public catering, offering new opportunities to optimize business processes and increase customer orientation. The article explores global trends in the digitalization of the industry, including supply automation, the use of artificial intelligence to predict demand, the introduction of contactless payments and online orders. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the level of digital transformation in the Khabarovsk Territory, where, despite the active development of network power supply and the growing popularity of delivery aggregators, there remains a significant gap between large cities and small towns.
